Designed and manufactured in-house, this modular floor mount rail provides a secure and versatile mounting solution for organising equipment inside vans, adventure vehicles, and mobile workspaces.
The system is designed to work seamlessly with the wider modular range, allowing compatible products such as storage boxes, bike racks, and fork mounts to be securely clamped into position. This creates a flexible setup where components can be easily added, removed, or repositioned depending on the needs of the user.
Engineered for van installations, the rail can be mounted directly using existing factory floor anchor points found in many vehicles including VW Transporter models from T5 through to T6.1, as well as compatible Ford Transit models. This allows for secure installation without permanent modification to the vehicle where anchor points are available.
For additional installation options, the rail can also be screwed directly into a plywood floor or mounted to a steel van floor using rivet nuts, providing a strong and reliable bolt-in solution for custom builds.
Once installed, the rail system allows modular equipment to be quickly clamped in place, keeping gear secure during transport while still allowing fast adjustment or removal when required.
Designed to complement the rest of the modular system, the floor mount rail provides a stable foundation for van storage, bike transport, and adventure equipment setups, helping users create a flexible and organised interior layout.
