Designed and manufactured in-house, this modular van bed platform provides a strong, adaptable sleeping and storage solution for van builds, weekend adventure setups, and everyday utility vehicles.
Constructed from 18mm hardwood hex board, the platform is engineered for durability and rigidity while maintaining a clean, modern appearance that matches the rest of the modular storage range. Precision CNC machining ensures accurate fitment and a consistent finish across every component.
The system is designed as a modular platform, allowing units to be combined to create a full sleeping area that suits different van sizes and layouts. Modules are available in 800mm and 900mm widths, giving users the flexibility to mix and match sections to achieve the ideal configuration for their vehicle and personal setup.
Each module includes an integrated storage compartment accessed via a hinged front door, providing convenient space for tools, camping equipment, bedding, or everyday gear. An optional slide-out tray can also be fitted, making it ideal for equipment such as camping stoves, cooking setups, or quick-access storage.
The rear section of the platform is intentionally oversized, allowing it to be trimmed or scribed for a more precise fit against van interiors if required. At the same time, the unit can also function as a standalone bed platform, offering flexibility for a wide range of installations.
For installation, the module can be secured directly to a plywood floor, strapped down using vehicle anchor points, or placed on a non-slip mat for temporary setups where permanent fixing is not required.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with the wider modular system, this bed platform provides a strong, adaptable foundation for van life, travel, and mobile adventure builds.
